These terms and conditions apply to all orders at Sarchathe Beauty, where products are shipped directly from our suppliers within Sweden and Europe.

1. General terms and conditions

By placing an order with Sarchathe Beauty you agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary. The terms and conditions that apply to your order are those that were in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Order and confirmation

When you make a purchase with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means that we have received your order, but it is not binding until the payment has been processed and the goods are shipped from our supplier. Please note that we are a dropshipping store, which means that the goods are shipped directly from our suppliers, mainly within Sweden and Europe.

3. Prices

All prices include VAT and are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK). Shipping costs are additional and will be specified at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but you will be charged the price that was in effect at the time of your order.

4. Payment

We accept payments via card payment, PayPal, and Swish. Klarna will also be an alternative for payment when our company is approved to use Klarna. Klarna offers payment via invoice, installment payment or direct payment, making shopping easy and flexible.

All payments are processed via secure payment solutions. When using card payments, the security protocols implemented by your bank apply to protect your information.

5. Delivery and shipping

Because we are a dropshipping store and collaborate with suppliers in Sweden and Europe, we can offer shorter delivery times than other international suppliers.

Delivery times:

• Within Sweden: 3–5 working days

• Within Europe: 5–7 business days

• International: 7–10 business days

Shipping prices:

• Within Sweden: Shipping fee of 60 SEK

• International Shipping: Shipping fee varies depending on destination

Free shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders over 600 SEK within Sweden. This applies to all products in the store and is automatically applied at checkout.

6. Returns and exchange rights

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

7. Complaints

If an item is defective or does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will help handle the complaint and ensure that the problem is resolved.

8. Personal data

We handle your personal data with the utmost care and in accordance with GDPR. Your data is only used to process your order and to improve our service. We never share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Responsibility

As the goods are shipped directly from our suppliers we cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods after they have been shipped to the customer. We strive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and will assist you with any issues you may encounter with the product.

10. Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for delays or obstacles that occur beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, delivery problems or other unforeseen events from our suppliers or shipping companies.

6. Complaints

If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will fix the error by offering a replacement item or refund.
